- When I asked Jeff Simon about "High Rise" he replied:

"High Rise is a Freddie King song. My guess is GT had to take a leave of
absence from the stage briefly. Steve Chrismar knew quite a few Freddie King
instrumentals so that's what we played that night and probably the only time
we ever played it live."
